This individual will have a servant-hearted approach, demonstrating a caring and helpful nature in all interactions. The ideal candidate is passionate about the human resources field and is committed to enhancing the Aagard experience for our team members. Key responsibilities include supporting our day, night, and weekend shifts recruiting efforts, assisting with HR operations, managing payroll and benefits, and contributing to various other HR functions.
